Learn how to create a VIM from Autodesk Revit and how easy it is to inspect the project in VIM's desktop app before uploading it to VIM Cloud.
Step 1 - Sign up and sign in
You will first need to sign up and sign in to your VIM Cloud account.
Step 2 - Download VIM for Windows
Click the Install Now button on your dashboard to download VIM for Windows.
Step 3 - Export your Revit Project
Open Autodesk Revit 2017-2023, click the VIM tab, and export your project.
Step 4 - Open VIM locally
Once the exporter has completed, click the Open Locally button to open your project in the VIM for Windows application.
